MEDINIPUR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE’S CONFERENCE HELD AT KHARAGPUR

Webdesk, TNI Kharagpur, 01st September, 2016: The District conference was organized at Kharagpur’s Gitanjali Community Hall today. The organizer was Confederation of East and West Medinipur District Chamber of Commerce and Industries. A delegation of almost 4000 businessmen from both the districts i.e. East and West Medinipur attended the conference. The main guests on this occasion were MP Mr. Sisir Adhikari, MLA Mr. Churamani Mahato, the police super of Kharagpur Smt. Bharati Ghosh, chairperson of Kharagpur Municipality, SDO of Kharagpur, President of Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) Mr. B. C. Bharatiya, CAIT Secretary Mr. Prabin Khandelwal and others. In this conference, the main issues discussed upon was transport tariffs, Service tax, Food Safety laws, Agro Marketing laws, trade license etc.
