Webdesk, TNI Mumbai, 15th Feb, 2015: After the nation swinging number Oh La La La ! of Dirty Picture. The Disco King, our very own Bappi Da has stuck with Hunterrr 303, the title track from Phantom Films’ Hunterrr. In accordance to the storyline it’s basically a tribute to Lord Kamdev. The song is about a guy named Mandar Ponkshe who is obsessed with girls. He considers himself the biggest devotee of the God of Love. That is why the makers of the song decided to dedicate Hunterrr 303 to Lord Kamdev. According to the makers of the film Lord Kamdev has a huge role to play in our culture but has very few songs dedicated to him. Producer Vikas Bahl tells the press, “The song covers everything that the director Harshvardhan is trying to say through the character. It’s like Lord Kamdev is singing the song himself. Bappida’s voice has given an exciting retro feel.” Entire song was recorded at Bappi Lahiri’s home studio and it took over five hours to record the song with a lot of chatting in between.

Hunterrr 303 is the background music in the trailer of the film. The trailer has been receiving a phenomenal response. When asked to Bappi Lahiri about his experience about his new disco number in this Honey Singh age he said “I have sung for many new heroes and I feel evergreen in singing for the new heroes. The journey started with Mithun and now it’s Gulshan Devaiah in Hunterrr. Here the music director Khamosh Shah wanted a peppy number from a young voice with a prior Disco dancer age of the 80′s so here I am with this title song Hunterrr 303. I am a fan of Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwan and Vikash Vahl who produced the film Hunterrr. As the song say don’t reject me I am a learner, I also follow the same path still after becoming a veteran in the film Industry”. Written and directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, the film features Gulshan Devaiah, Radhika Apte and Sai Tamhankar in lead roles.
