CREDAI Conducts AGM at Siliguri, New President Elected for Next Year

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 12th January, 2019: Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) North Bengal, held its “Installation Ceremony & Impact-2019” for all the builder, developers and associates on 12th January-2019, Saturday at Hotel Royal Sarovar. CREDAI -North Bengal is the apex body of private Real Estate developers representing Members spread across North Bengal. CREDAI NB is a part of CREDAI and one of the promising Chapters across the country today. CREDAI was established in 1999 with the charter for policy advocacy in favour of housing and real estate. CREDAI today has 12500+ members, 23 State Chapters and 205 City Chapters across India. The Installation Ceremony witnessed the presence of large number of Builders and Developers of the Region. Sri Naresh Agarwal (Ram Niwas Group) took charges as President for the Term 2019-21. Sri. Sanjay Goyal (GFS Realtors) took Charge as Honorary Secretary for the Teem 2019-21. Sri. Rajesh Garg (Indigo Group) was announced as Chairman for term 2019-21. The new team announced its plan for the coming years and also informed that they shall take forward the issues and matters of the Builders and Developers of the region with appropriate authority and forums to ensure the growth of its members and industry at large. Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) was established in 1999 with the charter for policy advocacy in favour of housing and real estate. In this endeavor, CREDAI interacts with Government, academics and media. A special Panel Discussion was organised during the event “IMPACT-2019” on the topic “Siliguri – The Next Real Estate Growth Story” was organized and has Sri. G.S.Hora, Sri. Kamal Kedia, Sri. Naresh Agarwal & Sri Sandeep Goyal as the Panelist. The same was moderated by Sri Sanjay Goyal. The potential of Siliguri was discussed and also the important thing to be considered for smooth functioning was discussed by the panelist among the august gathering. The panelist informed that the city has huge potential for people interested in the Real Estate Industry. The event witnessed the presence of members and Guests, including representative of various Business forums across North Bengal. The event saw the presence of Mr. Ratan Bihani, Mr. Sandeep Goyal, Mr. Vijay Agarwal, Mr. Praveen Jhawar, Mr. Naveen Agarwal, Mr. Yogesh Goel and other eminent builders and Developers.
