Tufani Sangha Conducts ‘Little Champs Sit & Draw Competition’ at Siliguri

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 26th January, 2018: Today in the morning of the Republic Day Tufani Sangha of Bharat Nagar conducted their Annual Sit & Draw competition named ‘Little Champs Sit & Draw Competition’ at the club premises. The inauguration was done by the MIC and Ward Councillor (Ward No. 24) Mr. Sankar Ghosh. A total of 72 participants participated in the competition that was divided into 2 Groups according to age criteria. Group ‘ক’consisted of participants from 5-7 years and Group ‘খ’ consisted of participants from 8-10 years of age.
However, all participants participated were presented with participating certificates. The winners were Saptak Haldar – First, Avidha Mitra – Second and Ashmita Kundu – Third from Group ‘ক’. On the other hand from Group ‘খ’ the winners were Durga Adhikari, Shruti Das, and Ajantika Ganguly respectively. A special award in the name of a recently passed away member Mr. Sushanta Haldar was also given to one of the participants of the competition.
