Demand of Bharat Ratna for Kishore Kumar Rises, Rally to be Organized on Singer’s Birthday [VIDEO]

Webdesk, TNI Kolkata, 2nd August 2017: Very recently an organization from Howrah Salkia named “Kishore Kumar Memorial Cultural Association” organized a special meeting at Kolkata Press Club. This meeting, as the name suggests was organized in memorial of the legendary singer Kishore Kumar. In the meeting, the chief guest was the Sports Minister Mr. Lakshmi Ratan Sukla, famous writer and director Mr. Srikumar Mukherjee and others.
In the meeting, Mr. Srikumar Mukherjee put forward a proposal for demanding Bharat Ratna posthumously for the Legendary Singer Kishore Kumar. The same demand echoed in the words of the Sports Minister Mr. Lakshmi Ratan Sukla. He also specially thanked the organization for organizing such a program in memory of the singer. The Secretary of “Kishore Kumar Memorial Cultural Association” Mr. Subrata Sinha also informed TNI that a big rally will be organized on 4th August 2017 at Dharmatala for commemorating the birth Anniversary of the later singer. He also said that in the rally apart from Kolkata people of Assam i.e. Silchar and Guwahati will also be participating.
