BSF – Villagers Clashed on Cow Trafficking at Mekhliganj Today [VIDEO]

Webdesk, TNI Mekhliganj, 17th July, 2017: Today at Mekhliganj’s Kuchlibari village there was big tussle happened between the locals and the BSF. The incident happened in an around 10 am. From the local sources, it is learned that a hidden tussle was going on between the BSF and the locals of Kuchlibari Gram Panchayat area on the issue of Cow trafficking across the border. The hidden tussle turned out to be an open fight between the parties today. Locals like Md. Abul Hasan, Hasina Bibi, Mainul Hoque alleged that the BSF jawans today morning tried to smash their houses. According to them at least 30 of them are now admitted to the hospital. On the other hand, BSF DIG Jalpaiguri Mr. B. S. Patiyal said that there was a clash between the BSF and locals. An investigation has already started. Police also started their separate investigation about today’s incident.
