Fish Selling Equipments Distributed to the Fishermen at Falakata

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 5^th May, 2017: In collaboration with the District Fisheries Department, GOWB, the Falakata Panchayat Samity distributed cycles, Thermonuclear Boxes, Weighing Machines, fish slicing knives etc among the fishermen of Falakata. The entire program took place at Falakata Block Fisheries & Livestock center. The dignitaries present were Falakata Panchayat Pradhan Smt. Sandhya Biswas, Vich Chairman Mr. Jatin Roy, Sukhen Barman, Falakata block Fisheries development officer Mr. Debojyoti Bhattacharya, Moiradanga Gram Panchayat Pradhan Smt. Bharati Sarkar etc. The beneficiaries were very much happy after receiving the items. Falakata Panchayat Samity Chairman Smt. Sandhya Biswas told TNI that such move will help the fishermen in the area to concentrate on fishing.
