Toto Creating Falakata Traffic Problems Everyday in the Town

Webdesk, TNI Coochbehar, 17^th April, 2017: As the days pass by the traffic problem in Falakata is taking an uncomfortable shape. One of the main reasons behind is the springing up of the Toto or the E – Rickshaws everywhere in the place. These battery operated vehicle is being parked anywhere else. Still, there is no other parking place for the totos. Secondly, the toto drivers always drive toto without any sort of headlights for saving battery energy. This has cause many accidents during the night and the totos become untraceable due to the absence of any registration numbers.
