BENGALI MUSIC AND CULTURE MENTORING WEBSITE LAUNCHED IN KOLKATA

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 31st July, 2016: A Bengali musical online website (www.amarculture.com) was launched on 23rd July 2016 at Abanindra Nath Tagore Gallary ICCR. Threesome music passionate youths of Kolkata Mr. Rajdeep Santra, Mr. Sudipta Biswas and Mr. Pradipta Pal together planned an online Bengali musical and cultural teaching platform and thus the website. The website has been launched to serve and teach the Bengali people and others, who take an interest in Bengali culture but stay abroad and elsewhere. The pedagogy will be delivered by eminent music personalities and mentors. According to the website owners, they will also try to explore the young talented writers from various parts who want to cultivate literature.

Apart from this, there will be opportunities in Indian Classical, Rabindra Sangeet, Lokogaan, Recitation, Mime etc. which will be mentored by eminent music personalities of Kolkata Circle like Nandini Bhattacharya, Sraboni Sen, Kalikaprasad Bhattacharya, Satinath Mukherjee, and Baidyanath Chakrabarty. Modern songs will be mentored by the likes of musician Joy Sarkar and his wife the famous Lopamudra Mitra. The creative writing section will be mentored by Poet Subho Dasgupta and eminent Educator Sulekh Bhattacharya. Not only this, the selected write-ups will be published periodically by highly acclaimed Dey’s Publications. Mr. Rajdeep Santra and Mr. Sudipta Biswas are employed in reputed MNCs. Mr. Pradipta Pal is an artist of audio-visual media and also announcer of Akashvani and Doordarshan. They said that, the fast life and the growing technology prompted them to build up the idea of this online platform for music. During the launch, the eminent guests lauded the effort of the trio.
