SHOCKING: BALIKA BADHU’S ‘AANANDI’ COMMITTED SUICIDE

Webdesk, TNI Mumbai 31^st March, 2016: Renowned TV Star Pratyusha Banerjee (24) or the bigger ‘Aanandi’ of the record long running TV series ‘Balika Vadhu’ committed suicide earlier in the day. Just sometimes ago the shocking news was broken by the authorities of Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital along with the Mumbai Police. Reports say that in the morning she was found hanging in her room by her family members. Immediately she was rushed to a nearby hospital but later shifted to Kokilaben Hospital. In the hospital along with the family members of Pratyusha, there was Kamya Punjabi co-actress and Pratyusha’s friend. Sources, close to Pratyusha’s family revealed that for quite some time the actress was going through depression. TV Actor and co-actor of Pratyusha, Kushal Tandon expressed grief and shock in the whole incident. The spokesperson of Mumbai Police Mr. Dhananjay Kulkarni said that the hospital has sent a report on the Jamshedpur-born actress’s death. Police are investigating the probable cause that may have spurred Pratyusha to resort to the extreme step. In January Pratyusha alleged that some policemen entered her house and molested her. Apart from Balika Badhu, Pratyusha was seen in Bigg Boss 7 and recently in Sasural Simar Ka.
