A SPECIAL GUIDE BOOK FOR PREGNANT WOMEN LAUNCHED IN KOLKATA

Webdesk, TNI Kolkata, 28th January, 2016: Sudip Basu, an eminent doctor working for years in UK launched his book on guiding the would-be-mothers “Maa Howar Prostuti” on 24th January at South City Residential Club. Being a doctor himself Dr. Basu has seen how much restless the patient’s guardians while the pregnant woman is inside the labor room during her delivery. The writer said that when his wife Urvashi was pregnant she used to walk down the streets to buy books that could guide her in the journey of 9 months pregnancy. This clicked an idea in his mind of educating the would-be-mothers back home in India. The pregnant woman in India, very often face a lot of problem during child delivery. Further, Dr. Basu clarified that he was well aware of the fact that this mammoth task would not accomplish single-handedly.  Sujata, a health column journalist penned down his concept in a lucid form for the compilation of the book. Ultimately, after countless phases the book was launched on 24th of January. Dr. Basu dedicated the book to all the pregnant mothers with a good intention to help them out, which also contain a lot of research work with authentic support & information.
