BANDH UPHELD NORMALLY AT FALAKATA

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 2^nd September, 2015: The Bandh received a mixed response at Falakata. Most of the private organizations remained closed. The Government organizations and departments like LICI, Post Office also remained closed. On the other hand the services like Bank, Government aided schools, NBSTC etc. continued normally. No untoward incidents reported at Falakata. The environment remained calm throughout the day. However, people stayed back at their homes while in some areas some bikers and cyclist were seen roving around. The administration did not take any risk and patrolled the entire town.
