AUSTRALIAN TARANTULA FOUND NEAR SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 31st August, 2015: An Australian Tarantula has been found in a tea garden near Siliguri. It has been found by a Nature Activist of Siliguri Mr. Anup Ghosh on Friday. He said that when he went to that tea garden to view the nature suddenly he discovered the insect. He has brought the insect and has analyzed to find it that it is an Australian Tarantula. Mainly such insects are found in wet areas of a dense forest. However, finding of a Tarantula in adjoining Siliguri is no doubt is a noteworthy incident when various zoologists and various researches done earlier claimed that Tarantula and its similar species is the rare phenomenon in Terai regions of Himalayas.
