NEW FILM ASSOCIATION EMERGES IN TOLLYGUNJ FILM INDUSTRY

Webdesk, TNI Kolkata, 18th July, 2015: Tollywood Film Industry invites a new Film association in the line with counterpart associations of other states like Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce, Telangana State Film Chamber of Commerce, The Kerala Film Chamber, South Film Chamber of Commerce, Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce, Tamil Film Chamber of Commerce etc. to name a few. The new organization will work for the welfare of film development in West Bengal. However, EIMPA is the oldest film association till date. Some of the top film production companies like ESKAY Movies, Daag Media, Macneill Media, and Friends Communications etc. have joined the organization and more are on their way to join it. According to the officials of the association the main intention is to impart welfare equally in the film fraternity and pan Bengal without favoring any media group or film production organization. Veteran Actor Prasenjit Chatterjee also expressed happiness in the creation of the organization. He cited about the presence of similar organization in the Southern Film Industry. It’s now waiting time to see how the new organization recreates its path of its mission.
