Villagers Stopped Hume Pipe Culvert Construction in Demand of Pucca Culvert at Banarhat

By Atish Sen (TNI Banarhat) | TNI Editing Siliguri Webdesk, TNI Dhupguri, 06th September, 2017: Villagers of Banarhat’s Sukantapally today stopped the makeshift Culvert construction work done by a Hume Pipe demanding Pucca Culvert in the place. The locals informed that the Hume pipe culvert has become a curse of the place with lots of garbage chocking the Hume pipe culvert. The local panchayat was just replacing the old hume pipe with a new one….
