Shivmandir’s Nara Singha Bidhayalay Observed Republic Day in its Platinum Jubilee Year

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 26th January, 2018: Today the 69th Republic Day was observed at Atharokhai’s Nara Singha Bidyalaya at Shivmandir by the students, teachers and the staff members of the school. The students, teachers and staff members arrived within 7:30 am at the school premises. Then students stood on the school ground in such a way that it resembled the Indian National Flag with Saffron, White and Green colored caps on their head and sang the National Anthem respectively as a part of the ritual.

A Procession was taken out around 8 am and returned around 8:30 am. After returning back the National Flag was hoisted by the Head Master Mr. Amar Kumar Sarkar. The other dignitaries present were the Assistant Head Master Mr. Paresh Chandra Roy and other Teaching and Non Teaching staffs. At the end of the Republic Day observation, ladoos were distributed among all present. The school celebrates its Platinum Jubilee this year making the occasion more memorable.
