School Girl Raped and Murder Attempted at Falakata [VIDEO]

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 31st August, 2017: A school girl was brutally raped and was about to be getting killed by assailants at Falakata. She is now battling for her life at Alipurduar District Hospital. The main accused, the brother in law of the victim’s sister Purna Barman is missing. Falakata Police is now doing the full investigation based on the victim’s mother complaint. The incident spot is Baganbari area of Falakata. The villagers in an arbitration meeting decided to push away the accused family from the village. According to police source, the school girl came to her sister’s house for spending some days. Incidentally, she came closer to the brother in law of her sister. However, the youth had other intentions. He tried to rape her tried to kill her for destroying evidence. The court has ordered to use POSCO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) in this case.
