Miscreants Attack Micro Finance Manager at Islampur Expecting Huge Cash

Webdesk, TNI Islampur, 16th August, 2017: A Micro Finance Company Manager was seriously injured in an attack by miscreants yesterday and is admitted at Islampur Hospital in serious condition. The Manager Mr. Jayanta Barman of a Micro Finance company was returning to his office from his place i.e. Tapan of Dakkin Dinajpur district.
During this time at night, he was attacked with knife and dagger. He was stabbed at least 5 times in his body. The miscreants fled with his mobile phone and bag containing only some amount of money. The IC of Islampur Police Station Mr. Sukumar Ghosh told TNI that probably the miscreants attacked Mr. Barman expecting a huge amount of cash in his bag. However, police have started an investigation.
