ISDSDC Submits Memorandum to District Magistrate (Uttar Dinajpur in Demand of Sports Complex

Webdesk, TNI Islampur, 21^st June, 2017: Now Islampur Subdivisional Sports Development Committee (ISDSDC) stepped out of Islampur town. Yesterday it submitted a memorandum to the DM of Uttar Dinajpur district in demand of proper sports complex at Islampur. It has also held a meeting regarding the proposed sports complex at Islampur Agricultural Farm premises. However, the DM Smt. Ayesha Rani has straightway rejected the proposal and has said that it’s not possible to have any sports complex in the farm land. However, she assured to hold talks in higher level to get a solution to the problem. It is a big problem in Islampur to have a proper land for a sports complex. Two big fields are present one is the Islampur High School ground and another is the Islampur Court Field. Both the fields are preoccupied for various cultural programs throughout the year. In the absence of sports activity, the youth is indulging themselves in various kind of addictions. The working president of ISDSDC expressed hope in the talks with the District Magistrate of Uttar Dinajpur.
