Corpses of the Deceased CRPF Jawans Killed at Chhattisgarh Brought to Coochbehar

Webdesk, TNI Coochbehar, 25th April, 2017: The corpses in two boxes were brought to Coochbehar tonight i.e. around 8:30 pm. Yesterday in a deadly attack by the maoists on the CRPF convoy at Sukhama forest of Chattisgarh these Jawans from Coochbehar died. They are Sri. Krishna Das, a resident of Vivekananda Street of Coochbehar and Sri. Binoy Chandra Barman from Dewanhaat. Soon after the bodies of the deceased jawans were brought to the town, a sign of gloom prevailed in both of their residences.
Earlier in the morning the Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee went to meet the family members of the Jawan. On the other hand NBDD MIC Mr. Rabindranath Ghosh and Coochbehar MP Partha Pratim Roy went to the house of the other jawan. As a mark of sympathy, the one family member of the deceased was assured of a job.
