Former Bangladesh President Ershad Visits his Native Place Dinhata

Webdesk, TNI Dinhata, 23rd April, 2017: The former president of Bangladesh Hossein Mohammad Ershad came to Dinhata today after two years. He is accompanied by Mr. Ruhul Amin Howlader and the Press secretary of BNP Mr. Sunil Shuvo Roy from Dacca. The former president reached the Changrabandha border at around 12:30 pm. According to the family sources of the former president of Bangladesh in Dinhata, he will return back on 27th of this month.
The main intention of his visit is to see his ailing grandfather Abraham Ramsey Akkun. According to the schedule the former president will visit Dinhata High School and in the next day he is going to visit Coochbehar Palace along with his son Eric Hossain followed by his night stay at Batabari of Jalpaiguri. While addressing the press he told the press about his nostalgic moments during his growing up days in Dinhata. The former president is also being felicitated by various organizations at Dinhata today.
