New Committee Formed by Darjeeling District’s West Bengal Private Tutor Association

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 5th March, 2017: West Bengal Private Tutor’s Welfare Association today organized their Darjeeling District Annual General Meeting at Ramkrishna Club Hall in Siliguri. Various questions were raised against the illegal practice of tutoring done by a section of the Government and Government-sponsored school throughout the state. New ways of agitation to protest such things was also discussed in the meeting. Apart from this, a news committee was also formed in the meeting. In the new committee Smt. Reshmi Deb became the new Chairman, Mr. Bibekananda Saha and Mr. Palash Sarkar were nominated as the Joint secretaries. Mr. Subha Ranjan Saha and Mr. Hillol Das became the news Joint Treasurers. Mr. Joydip Chakraborty and Mr. Swapan Sarkar is now the two Joint Deputy Chairman. On the other hand, Mr. Samir Dey and Mr. Subhankar Saha became the Joint Assistant Secretaries.
