Swamiji’s Birthday Celebrated by Football Tournament at Falakata

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 12th January, 2016: Swami Vivekananda has once said that it’s better to play football rather than to go through Bhagwad Gita every day. Based on this philosophy of the Swamiji Falakata College organized a One-day long Football tournament to mark the 155th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
The Department of Physical Education of the College today celebrated the day by putting the floral tribute to Swami Vivekananda and later organized the football tournament. In this occasion, the Inter College Kho-Kho competition was also initiated.
