ASI Dies of Heart Attack on Duty at Raiganj District Hospital Today

Webdesk, TNI Raiganj, 28th November, 2016: A police official today died of heart attack while on duty at Raiganj District Hospital. This had created a little tension in the area. From the police sources, it is learned that the name of the police personnel is Mr. Mathew Suren (58), a resident of Kachuarpally under Gazole Police station. The deceased person was an ASI and was deputed at Raiganj District Hospital for the last 2 months. He was deputed for preventing any sort of untoward incident at the District Hospital campus. He came under a severe heart attack when he was immediately admitted to the hospital. However, the Doctor said he had already expired. The body was sent for post-mortem. The District Police superintendent Mr. Amit Bharat Rathod an investigation has already being started to know the exact reasons behind the ASI’s death.
