ANOTHER POLICE STATION (NJP) VERY SOON FOR SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 15th September, 2016: Another good news is awaiting for Siliguri. The New Jalpaiguri police outpost is going to become full-fledged Police Station very soon. Currently, the basic infrastructure is being developed in this regard. It has already being decided the chief minister Smt. Mamta Banerjee will inaugurate this police station in her North Bengal tour. All the works of all round development of the police outpost to a full-fledged Police station are now going on in full swing. Mr. Indra Chakraborty, DSP – HQ of Siliguri Police Commissionerate told TNI that the works are going on in the war footing. However, he didn’t reveal the exact date of inauguration. Though, the signboard mentioning NJP Police Station has already being kept for mounting. The sources said that chief minister is arriving next week for her administrative tour.
