DIPA KARMAKAR TO FLAG OFF ROAD RACE IN SILIGURI ON MAHALAYA DAY

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 13^th September, 2016: This year’s Mahalaya Road Race by Baghajatin Athletic Club is going to be flagged off by none other than the only Olympic gymnastic finalist from India Ms. Dipa Karmakar on 30^th September 2016. This has been declared by the officials of Baghajatin Athletic Club in a press meet at the club premises. The convenor of the prestigious Road Race Mr. Sudip Martin Sinha said “The flag off will be held at Bagdogra by the ace gymnast from Tripura. She will land in Siliguri just the day before. A gracious welcome has also being planned to bring Dipa Karmakar from the airport”. The 15 kms road race will end at Siliguri’s Baghajatin Athletic Club premises.
