INTERNATIONAL LITERACY DAY OBSERVED AT RAIGANJ

Webdesk, TNI Raiganj, 07th September, 2016: The Zilla Parishad of Uttar Dinajpur today organized a program of International Literacy Day here at Raiganj. A rally was taken out throughout the town that started a school of Raiganj. Various people participated in the rally including deputy chairman of Zilla Parishad Mr. Purnendu Dey and others. Many school students also participated in the rally including teachers of those institutions. The rally ended at Rabindra Bhawan of Raiganj town after traversing the town. At the end of the rally, there was a program where the chief guest was the state minister of Department of tourism Mr. Golam Rabbani.
