JANMASTAMI CELEBRATED AT GAIRKATA TODAY

Webdesk, TNI Gairkata, 25th August, 2016: Janmastami Was today celebrated with full fanfare at Gairkata. Today a Janmastami Rally was organized by the East Gairkata Janmastami Utsav Committee. The rally started from Kalistan Mandir of East Gairkata and traversed the entire Gairkata area and then collected the holy water from Angrabhasha River and returned to the Mandir premises.
Apart from this on the occasion of Janmastami Bhajan Kirtan was also organized along with this some cultural items were also staged. Mr. Samir Pal, Mr. Mukul Dhali and Mr. Nimai Das told TNI that the Janmastami Utsav had started from Wednesday and will end on Friday.
