‘WORLD PHOTOGRAPHY DAY’ CELEBRATED BY FPWA AT FALAKATA

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 19^th August, 2016: On the occasion of World Photography Day, the Falakata Photography Welfare Association (FPWA) organized a celebration here in Falakata. At Falakata Town Club from the morning, various events were organized like Amateur Photography Competitive Exhibition, Free Eye check-up camp, Voluntary Blood Donation camp, Sit and draw competition for the children and Evening Cultural Program. The day-long events were inaugurated by the MLA of Falakata Mr. Anil Adhikary. According to the Falakata Photography Welfare Association, this celebration is conducted for the last two years. Further, they also said that in the Blood Donation camp a total of 61 people donated blood among them 10 were women. Alipurduar Blood Bank helped to organize the camp along with FPWA.
