FOUR SSB OFFICIALS SERIOUSLY INJURED IN DOOARS ROAD ACCIDENT

Webdesk, TNI Banarhat 29th June, 2016: Today in a dangerous road accident at Dooars’s Chamurchi Region 4 officials of SSB were injured. The director general of SSB Gen. Smt. Archana Ramasundaram today visited the Kalapani Border Outpost to inaugurate the newly constructed Headquarter building adjacent to Chamurchi area. The four officials were returning from the program. While returning a dumper of Bhutan (BP2-A7055) collided with their vehicle. The officials Assistant Commandant Mr. Shivjeet Singh, MO Dr. Sushant Parekar, Constable Mr. Rahul Kumar and Constable Mr. Surendra Kumar were seriously injured. They were treated initially at Banarhat PHC and later shifted to NBMC&H. Police have filed a case of an accident and also have started an investigation.
