ISLAMPUR’S FAMOUS PRINCE MAMA DIES IN A ROAD ACCIDENT

Webdesk, TNI Islampur 17^th June, 2016: Prince Mama is no more. In a devastating accident yesterday the famous Prince Mama died. The incident happened in Ramganj under Islampur Police Station when his car collided with a stationary truck on NH-31. Immediately he was rushed to Siliguri for treatment but he could not be saved. Prince was one of the best Badminton players of Islampur ever produced. His original name is Ershad Hussain. His father is a doctor by profession. Entire Islampur town is deeply mourning the untimely passing away of Prince Mama. Many people came to pay the last tribute to Prince at Islampur Indoor Stadium including Dr. Binay Bhushan Bera, Medicine Businessman Mr. Bijoy Das, Badminton Players Sumit Saha, Pulak Das, Sukumar Das, Badminton Referee Mr. Ambikesh Mukherjee etc. Apart from Prince’s playing life, he was also a contractor by profession. He left behind his two sons and his wife.
