HASHISH WORTH RS. 8000 RECOVERED FROM FALAKATA

Webdesk, TNI Falakata 17th June, 2016: In a secret tip-off today 175 gm of Hashish (Charas) was recovered from 3 youths by Falakata Police near NH-31 adjacent to Dalgaon Tea Estate. The IC of Falakata Police Station Mr. Binod Gazmere said that police chased three youth in the wee hours of the morning after getting a tip-off that they were carrying the drugs on a bike. All of them were produced in Alipurduar Court today for Police remand. The arrested youths were Partha Mandal from Ethelbari, Rupkanta Roy from Mechuajhora and Pankaj Mittal. The Recovered Hashish has an estimated cost around Rs. 80000. All the arrested are belonging from 30 to 35 years of age category.
