SECURED ATM USAGE WORKSHOP ORGANIZED AT FALAKATA TODAY

Webdesk, TNI Falakata 10^th June, 2016: Falakata Police Station in association with Alipurduar District Police and all nationalized banks today organized a camp for educating the people about the proper usage of ATM cards. The camp was organized at Natun Chowpaty Traffic more of Falakata town. The dignitaries present were Alipurduar District Police Super Mr. Avaru Rabindranath, Additional Police Super Mr. S. Murugan, Falakata MLA Mr. Anil Adhikari, Falakata Panchayat President Smt. Sandhya Biswas, Falakata IC Mr. Binod Gazmer and the managers of various nationalized banks of Falakata.

All the speakers in the workshop have almost the same guidelines towards the ATM users i.e. not to share any information related to the personal ATM Card like ATM Card number, Voter Card Number, Aadhar card number, PIN Code etc with anyone. People should avoid phone calls which ask for such numbers. Such kind of workshop started for the first time in Alipurduar district from Falakata. District police super Mr. Avaru Rabindranath said that such workshop will be carried throughout the district gradually. Apart from the workshop a tableau was also specially made to make the awareness among the ATM card users of the district. Today such a tableau was also flagged off by the Falakata MLA Mr. Anil Adhikari and Mr. Avaru Rabindranath.
