BOOK LAUNCH TO PAY TRIBUTE TO SAKURA’S LIFELONG WORKS IN SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri 30^th May, 2016: Recently in Siliguri a book launch was organized to pay tribute to the veteran journalist and poet late. Mr. Santosh Kumar Rai who was also known as “Sakura. The book is entitled with the same title i.e. “Sakura”. The event was organized at Mangal Maiti Hall near Darjeeling More of Siliguri. The book launch event was marked as a paying homage to the Late. Santosh Kumar Rai’s lifelong works. The event was volunteered by his wife Smt. Devika Chettri Thulung. Mr. Norbahadur Dahal was the guest of honor at the event. Many well-known people in the field of literature and journalism in the Nepali language had come to pay a tribute. The book contains details about his lifelong experiences and contribution made in the above fields, written by many known Nepali writers coming from the various field of works and was edited by Mr. Yuvraj Kafle.
