ILLEGAL SAL & TEAK WOODS RECOVERED FROM MADARIHAT

Webdesk, TNI Madarihat 14^th May, 2016: In South Deogaon and Jharbeltoli village of Falakata Block two houses were jointly raided by Madarihat Forest Range officials and Falakata SSB 17 No Battalion. During the raid illegal Teak and Sal timber worth Rs. 2 lakhs were recovered. The raid was conducted by a tip-off received by the Falakata SSB sources. Soon after that SSB informed the Madarihat Range for the raid.
