ILLEGAL WEAPONS SEIZED AT FALAKATA

Webdesk, TNI Falakata, 01^st April, 2016: Three people were arrested with illegal firearms by Falakata Police. After getting a tip off from a secret source, police raided an area called Buri Torsa under Falakata Block. Two people were arrested from the 5th Mile area with one shutter rifle and ammunition. The arrested is known as Dipak Sil, a resident of Beltoli area of Falakata block. The other arrested is Satyajit Adhikari from Maalshagaon. After interrogating the youths another person named Pankaj Das from 6th Mile area along with another revolver and ammunition. Entire operation was carried out under Sub Inspector of Falakata PS Mr. Nabin Thami. All the arrested have case registered against them. The nabbed were sent to Alipurduar Court for police custody. Police Investigation has started for this case.
