MARTYR DAY OBSERVED IN BANARHAT BY THE DISABLED

Webdesk, TNI Banarhat, 21st March, 2016: Today a Martyrs Day was observed in front of 2 No. Gram Panchayat of Banarhat at West Bengal State Disabled Conference. According to the state secretary of the organization, Mr. Uma Sankar Paswan informed the press that the day was celebrated to pay tribute to the freedom fighter of Bengal Mr. Charu Chandra Bose. He also informed that various disabled organization came forward to pay the tribute to the freedom fighter on the occasion of the conference, which is being held from 15th March to 21st march. He said that freedom fighter Charu Chandra Bose, who was a physically disabled person, was hanged by the British Government. Apart from the secretary the other person were the panchayat pradhan, Smt. Sangita Oraon, Social activist Mr. Shivraj Pradhan and others.
