TWO SILIGURI TRADERS ARRESTED BY DELHI POLICE IN SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 16th March, 2016: LED lamps costing around 3.5 crores were theft from New Delhi. Today those were recovered from New Delhi. Those lamps were recovered from New Delhi. Two businessmen from Punjabipara of Siliguri were arrested by Crime Branch, New Delhi. Today they were produced in the court for seeking transit remand for them by Delhi Police. The businessmen were taken to New Delhi for interrogation. Apart from the arresting the duo, police also seized 184 cartoons of LED lamps various brands. Police also said that those LED lamps were sold at much lesser prices throughout North Bengal and Bihar. While investigating Delhi Police caught a taut from Bihar and traced these two Siliguri Businessmen. The arrest of the two has made a rippling effect among the electrical retail traders Siliguri. The two businessmen were known to most of them. Initially, they can’t believe that the two were associated with such a crime. Siliguri Metropolitan Police and Delhi police today raided the electrical shops of the arrested duo at Panitanki More of Siliguri.
