BAGHAJATIN WON OVER DESHBANDHU SPORTING IN TODAYS CRICKET LEAGUE MATCH

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 10^th March, 2016: Today in the Super division cricket league of SMKP, Deshbandhu Sporting Club (DBSC) played with Baghajatin Athletic Club (BJAC) which was held at Chandmoni Open Cricket stadium. DBSC won the toss and elected to bat first. In the first innings, DBSC scored a meager 71 runs in 31 overs losing all the wickets. The highest individual score was only 16 runs. In reply BJAC in the second half took 14 overs to topple the score of DBSC losing just a wicket. Thus, BJAC won the match today by 9 wickets. However, today’s show stealer was the opener of BJAC Lokesh Sethia, his overall performance got him the Man of the match award. He took 2 wickets in his bowling spell and 40 runs before he was retired hurt.
