SSC WINS AGAINST SSU AT THE SILIGURI SMKP CRICKET TODAY

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 8th March, 2016: Today in the Super division cricket league of SMKP, SSC played with SSU which was held at Chandmoni Open Cricket stadium. SSU won the toss and elected to bat first. In the first innings SSU scored 132 runs in 44.2 overs losing 9 wickets. Rakesh Gousi scored 48 runs missing the half century by 2 runs. In reply SSC in the second half scored the required runs winning in 31.5 overs with 5 wickets in hand. Thus SSC won the match today. However, today’s show stealer was Pankaj Gupta of SSC who took 3 wickets in bowling and 42 runs. Expectedly, Pankaj of SSC was declared the Man of the match for his overall performance.
