TEA WORKER ATTACKED BY LEOPARD IN BROAD DAY LIGHT AT BANARHAT

Webdesk, TNI Banarhat, 19th January, 2016: In a wild leopard attack a woman tea worker was injured today at Gendrapara Tea Garden’s 12 No. section. It is reported that during noon hours when Pyara Koya (32) was working a wild leopard attacked her. She was initially treated in the PHC of the Garden later she was transferred to Banarhat PHC. After first aid, she was let out. However, the worker will be reimbursed by the forest department, which was reported by the Binnaguri beat ranger Mr. Dilip Das Choudhury.
