SPORTS MEET ORGANIZED AT ICAI SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 27th December, 2015: Siliguri Branch of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India organized a “Sports Meet for Students & Members” at ICAI Bhawan, Siliguri on 27th December-2015. The same was for Chartered Accountants students and Members of North Bengal, Sikkim and adjoining areas. Mr. Khageswar Roy, MLA, Rajganj Block and Dr. Rudra Nath Bhattacharya, MLA, Siliguri were present to inaugurate the Student & Members Sports. Mr. Shyam Kumar Agarwal, Chairman of Siliguri Branch of EIRC informed the press that a number of games were organized including Chess, Carrom, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chinese checkers, etc.  As many as 100 students participated in the same. Mr. Sanjay Das, Branch Secretary informed that this is the 3rd time this year that a Sports Meet was organized. He also informed that the Sports meet is being organized to increase fellowship among the CA’S and Students. The other guest of honor, who were present are Mr. Prakash Agarwal, Mr. Pankaj Maskara (Chairman, EICASA Siliguri Branch), Mr. Vishnu Bhagat, Mr. Subham Agarwal, Mr. Nitin Mundhra etc.
