TWO DIE IN TEESTA CANAL TRUCK ACCIDENT AT SAHUDANGI, SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 17th December, 2015: A truck lost control and fell in the Teesta canal near Sahudangi, Noapara. The area comes under Ambari Police Station of Siliguri Police Commissionerate. Reportedly the driver and another man died on the spot. Two people were rushed to the North Bengal Medical College and Hospital with severe injuries. Rescue mission was delayed as a result of full flow of water in the canal. Ambari police took control of the situation there.
