LIONS CENTENNIAL SERVICE MELA TO BE HELD AT SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 08th December, 2015: Lions Clubs International, announced a new global initiative to serve 100 million people by 2017 at the association’s 97th annual International Convention held in Toronto. The Centennial Service Challenge is a humanitarian inventiveness that brings Lions clubs around the world together in service to celebrate the association’s 100th anniversary in 2017. Over the next three years, Lions clubs will work to accomplish the goal of serving at least 100 million people by participating in the association’s Global Service Action Campaigns, which support youth activities, vision programs, hunger initiatives, and environmental projects around the world. This has been declared through a press release by the Lions Clubs International here in Siliguri today. Further the Lions Clubs International, Dist. 322F is going to organize Lions Centennial service Mela on 12th and 13th Dec, 2015 at Siliguri Hindi High School, S.F. Road Siliguri, which includes Distribution of basic use full items to underprivileged students and Free Mega Health Mela over 20 medical disciplines on 13th Dec, Sunday from 10 A.M onwards, said by LION Gopal Dudani, charter President of lions club of Siliguri Udaan.
