INTER TEA GARDEN FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT STARTS IN DOOARS

Webdesk, TNI Banarhat, 20th September, 2015: Banarhat Tarun Sangha yesterday organized a football tournament called Dulal Chandra Ghosh Memorial Champions & Birendra Natha Dutta Memorial Runners Inter Tea Garden Knockout Football Tournament. In the opening match, Chunabhati Tea Garden lost to Diana Tea Garden with 2-1 goal. For Diana Tea Garden the goal scorers were Kiran Toppo and Sajid Ali and Sunil Oraon scored for Chunabhati Tea Garden. Man of the match was Sajid Ali of Diana TG. A total of 16 teams is participating in the tournament. The tournament was inaugurated by DIG Mr. H. S. Gade of SSB Jalpaiguri Sector Head Quarter. MP Bijay Ch Barman also made an appearance during the tournament.
