Every year after immersion the main framework of Maa Durga is lifted from the water and kept in the verandah of the mandir. The frame worship is done on the same structure every year. After the frame worship, the other rituals are performed after the then i.e. aesthetic festival and Yogurt-Mud game of the women & children of the royal family. After the mud game, the mud used in the game is then used for the main pratima preparation. The pratima preparation is then started from this day. This year this puja has entered 507th year from the time it had started. This was informed to TNI by Mr. Soumya Bose of the royal family.
