CHITMAHAL RESIDENTS WILL NOW HAVE BANK ACCOUNTS OF INDIA

Webdesk, TNI Coochbehar, 22nd August, 2015: The Enclave dwellers will be having Bank account. All the added citizens will be having zero balance account. All the banks will have to open camps in the enclave region and speed up the process. It is believed that after belated freedom, the enclave residents will now have their economic freedom. The entire process is being supervised by the Coochbehar District Administration. Further, the district administration has said that since the people don’t have any National Identity card, the BDO office will distribute special id cards for them. All the bank account will be opened based on that concerned ID cards. After the bank account gradually the other ID cards like the Aadhar Card, Voter Card etc. will also be initiated. The District Magistrate Mr. P. Ulganathan said that all the people of the added areas of the enclaves who age is above 18 years will be provided with bank accounts.
