RAY OF HOPE ‘ASHAR PRADIP’ STARTED ITS JOURNEY AT SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 06th August, 2015: Four voluntary organizations came together and formed a new organization for helping the distressed citizens. The newly formed organization is named as “Ashar Pradip”. According to the secretary of the ‘Ashar Pradip’ Mr. Bapi Paul the four voluntary organization which have helped to form this new organization are Siliguri Horticultural Society, Siliguri Human Care Welfare Society, Siliguri Child Jagrukh Society and Siliguri Nagarik Mancha. Yesterday ‘Ashar Pradip’ distributed fruits and food items to the women admitted at Matri Sadan of Dabgram Fulbari. Most of the women admitted were either pregnant or are taking treatment after delivery. In this occasion, the dignitaries present were Siliguri MLA Dr. Rudranath Bhattacharya, Leader of Opposition at SMC Mr. Nantu Paul, Alpana Laha, Alpana Pal, Samir Sinha and Mr. Shyamal Bagh.
