BHAI BHAI SANGHA ORGANISED ONE DAY FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT AT SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 03rd August, 2015: Yesterday a sporting club of Siliguri called Bhai Bhai Sangha organized a one-day knockout football tournament here at Baghajatin Colony, Pradhannagar Siliguri. The winner’s trophy was named after Manindra Krishna Das Memorial Silver Running Trophy which had a cash prize of Rs. 51,000/-. The runners up trophy was named Late Sudevi Das Silver Memorial Runners Running Trophy with a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-. The third prize trophy was named after Late Pranesh Das Memorial Fair Play Trophy. The main tournament was held at Baghajatin Vidyapith Ground, Baghajatin Colony, Pradhan Nagar, Siliguri. The chief guest who adorned the seats of the tournament was MLA, Mr. Rudranath Bhattacharya, and SMC Councilor Munshi Nurul Islam. The final result of the tournament was Nabankur Sangha of Pradhan Nagar won the tournament by defeating Khatli Sporting Club of Gulma with a goal card of 5-1. The Fair Play trophy went to Sabyasachi Yubak Sangha of Champasari More, Siliguri. Nabankur Sangha also won the Man of the Match award at the end.
