HOTTEST JALPAIGURI IN THE LAST 10 YEARS

Webdesk, TNI Jalpaiguri, 30th July, 2015: Jalpaiguri is experiencing the hottest summer this season in the last 10 years. The recorded temperature yesterday was 38°C. People stayed indoors during the day time too in this otherwise sleepy town. The attendance in the school and colleges are very less. The people who have to reach their office have to wrap their face and head completely. Roadside fruit juice vendors are doing brisk business. According to the Met office, the situation may continue in the next 2 days also.
